With his father, uncles and grandfather all builders and developers, Guy grew up on residential construction sites, thus creating his passion for seeing new homes created from what starts out simply as an idea… Having studied a variety of property and construction degrees at a tertiary level, Guy gained valuable experience working for some of the countries largest developers such as Brookfield Multiplex and The Gandel Retail Trust. He also spent many years as the head of Domino’s Pizza’s site acquisition and store fit out team, essentially securing, designing and delivering all of Domino’s new format stores Australia wide.

After years spent in the commercial, multi-storey residential and retail sectors, Guy decided that it was time to return to where his real passion lay – delivering wonderful custom designed homes for families in his home city of Brisbane.

As an integral part of the building journey, Deanna guides each and every client through the extensive and comprehensive colour selection process, choosing all the fittings and fixtures throughout the interior and exterior of the home.

She also designs the cabinetry for the kitchens and bathrooms to suit your needs and lifestyle, keeping a keen eye on the latest trends and technology in the industry.

It’s a satisfying role and one which Deanna enjoys the variety of each client and each project. “I love helping clients through the building process and seeing them get excited about the final look of their home".
