To maximise the magnificent views over Moreton Bay, the living areas were located on the upper floor. An open plan space with kitchen, lounge and dining opens out to a large front alfresco for entertaining and relaxing. A master suite, with ensuite and walk in wardrobe is located at the rear of this floor. On the ground floor, three bedrooms share a family bathroom and rumpus that integrates with an outdoor patio.

The client allowed our interior designer to design a warm and comfortable interior. Using a neutral base of cream and taupe, highlights of chocolate and caramels in the kitchen and bathrooms create warmth and atmosphere.
