Nestled away in a leafy pocket in Ashgrove, this grand home was designed to take full advantage of its private surrounds.

Given the secluded nature of this block, our design focused on creating a central pool and alfresco zone that faced north east to gain as much winter warmth as possible, whilst making sure we maintained full privacy for the growing family.

Each of the 4 bedrooms also have the own ensuite and walk-in robe, whilst the guest room on the ground floor benefits from a larger than normal powder room with shower, being placed around a privacy alcove.

Add in a media room, home office, and games zone and this home has everything our clients could ask for.
